By accessing or using PodRepurpose, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

PodRepurpose is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to repurpose podcast episodes into multiple content formats including LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads, newsletters, show notes, blog articles, and quote cards.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use PodRepurpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to PodRepurpose, including audio files and transcripts. You also own 100% of all AI-generated content produced from your episodes. PodRepurpose makes no claim to any content you create or generate using our service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PodRepurpose to:

• Upload content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent the service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

6. Subscription and Billing

PodRepurpose offers monthly and annual subscription plans. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers on their first paid subscription.

7. Fair Use Policy

Episode quotas are subject to fair use. The Scale plan is limited to 150 episodes per month. If you require processing beyond your plan limits, please contact us to discuss custom arrangements.

8. Limitation of Liability

PodRepurpose is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
